CAROLINE YOUNG
Caroline Young is from Little Rock, Arkansas and joined Central West Ballet in 2021. Ms. Young as distinguished herself as Elizabeth Lavenza and as The Bride in René Daveluy's Frankenstein, or the Modern Prometheus, as Tiger Lily in Peter Pan, as the Sugar Plum Fairy and Snow Queen from The Nutcracker, in Fallen from Daveluy's Love Duets, in the Court Pas de Deux from 1001 Nights and in the Carillon Pas de Deux from Daveluy's L'Arlésienne.

Caroline Young has also distinguished herself in the repertoire created by Daveluy such as Arabesque in Nutcracker in Jazz, Beneath Existence, Night Floor from House of Folk, as Elena in Romeo and Juliet, the Slave Pas de Deux from 1001 Nights and the Jewel Doll in The Nutcracker. Other noteworthy performances include She Only Remembers, Fencing Concerto, Pictures at an Exhibition, L'Arlésienne, The Nutcracker, Pirates and Cowboys and A Ballet for Marie.
Caroline Young also performed with the Tulsa Ballet, Oklahoma Festival Ballet and the Oklahoma City Ballet, most notably as Taglioni in Pas de Quatre, Act 3 Pas de Deux and 2nd Shade in La Bayadere, as Odette in Swan Lake, in Balanchine's Concerto Barocco (1st Violin), as the Sugar Plum Fairy in Willam Christensen's The Nutcracker as well as in Strickly Gershwhin by Derek Deane (Tulsa Ballet) and in the productions of Romeo and Juliet and Balanchine's The Four Temperaments (Oklahoma City Ballet). Caroline Young is a Graduate from the University of Oklahoma.
