Roland Carbajal joined Central West Ballet in 2019. Growing up through productions by Modesto Performing Arts and Opera Modesto, Roland joined the CWB Academy and gradually began performing with Central West Ballet in various productions such as The Nutcracker and Nutcracker in Jazz.

Roland has made his mark in the solo in Growth from the ballet Existence, in the Opening from Canvas Emotions, in It's A Deal! and Text@Inbox.Com from Solitary Workers, as the Solo Cowboy in Dia de los Muertos, Poker Cheats and in the Finale from Pirates, Cowboys and Damsels, as Friedrich Vanderstahlbaum and Balalaika Swing from Nutcracker in Jazz, as a Friend in Coppélia, in Wealth and Poverty from Pictures at an Exhibition and in the Opening and Finale from L'Arlésienne. In 2023 Roland Carbajal performed in the lead role of Gomez in the Gallo Center for the Arts Yes! Company Musical production of The Addams Family.
